About the Role
Oxyon People Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Officer to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, coordinating training programs, and ensuring compliance with BBEEE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Coordinate extensive training programs for employees, including internal and external training initiatives
- Manage the payroll system, including processing pay spaces and ensuring accurate salary payments
- Provide learning and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with BBEEE regulations and ensure compliance in all HR activities
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Human Resources Officer or equivalent role
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and best practices
- Excellent training coordination and facilitation skills
- Proficiency in payroll systems, including pay spaces
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform HR decisions
- Strong knowledge of BBEEE regulations and compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (LLB or equivalent not required)
- Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g. SHRM-CP or CIPD) an advantage
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary range: R800,000 – R1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience
