A well-established company in the engineering and industrial supply sector is looking for an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead operations, drive sales growth, and ensure overall branch performance.
This role is ideal for a strong leader with a background in sales, operations, and team management within Engineering, Mining, or Agricultural environments.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Growth

Achieve branch sales targets and submit accurate monthly reports

Review and authorise daily sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities

Increase market share through strategic promotions and marketing initiatives

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Financial & Operational Management
-
Manage branch budgets and ensure effective cost control
-
Monitor debtor payments and follow up to ensure accounts remain within terms
-
Maintain required stock levels to support efficient branch operations
-
Coordinate scheduled stock takes and submit reports within deadlines
Leadership & Branch Operations

Oversee branch infrastructure and day-to-day operational efficiency

Ensure compliance with company branding and corporate standards

Manage escalated issues and ensure timely resolution

Provide accurate documentation for internal and external audits

Address audit findings and ensure compliance improvements are implemented
Minimum Requirements
-
Matric (Grade 12)
-
510 years experience in a Sales or Management role
(Engineering, Mining, or Agriculture sectors preferred) -
Strong understanding of policies and procedures

Valid drivers license
