About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our management team, you will be accountable for the growth and development of our regional portfolio, with a focus on strategic development of branch revenue, products, and clients. You will also be responsible for managing any and all stock takes, minimizing stock handling costs, and ensuring all necessary disciplines are in place and adhered to.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a team consisting of sales staff, delivery staff, operations staff, technical staff and admin staff.
- Manage the annual strategy and budget preparation with quarterly reforecasts.
- Ensure management of any and all stock takes.
- Minimize stock handling costs.
- Strategic development of branch revenue, products and clients.
- Ensure allocated members are trained accordingly in Health & safety.

- Minimum of 7 years management experience
- Very strong inventory control and oversight experience
- Minimum 10 years Senior Sales and Sales Management Experience
- Experience dealing with HR matters
