About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee our Johannesburg branch and drive growth and development of the regional portfolio. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team of sales staff, delivery staff, operations staff, technical staff, and admin staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a team consisting of sales staff, delivery staff, operations staff, technical staff, and admin staff.
- Accountable for the growth and development of the regional portfolio.
- Annual strategy and budget preparation with quarterly reforecasts.
- Management of any and all stock takes.
- Minimize stock handling costs.
- Strategic development of branch revenue, products, and clients.
- Ensuring all necessary disciplines are in place and that these are adhered to.
- Ensure allocated members are trained accordingly in Health & safety.
Requirements
- Management and Business Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years management experience
- Very strong inventory control and oversight experience
- Minimum 10 years Senior Sales and Sales Management Experience
- Experience dealing with HR matters
