About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee our Johannesburg branch and drive growth and development of the regional portfolio. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team of sales staff, delivery staff, operations staff, technical staff, and admin staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team consisting of sales staff, delivery staff, operations staff, technical staff, and admin staff.
  • Accountable for the growth and development of the regional portfolio.
  • Annual strategy and budget preparation with quarterly reforecasts.
  • Management of any and all stock takes.
  • Minimize stock handling costs.
  • Strategic development of branch revenue, products, and clients.
  • Ensuring all necessary disciplines are in place and that these are adhered to.
  • Ensure allocated members are trained accordingly in Health & safety.

Requirements

  • Management and Business Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7 years management experience
  • Very strong inventory control and oversight experience
  • Minimum 10 years Senior Sales and Sales Management Experience
  • Experience dealing with HR matters
