As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company in the Engineering Consulting industry.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Engineering Consulting industry in Joburg
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the Engineering Consulting industry
• Strong understanding of the Engineering Consulting industry, including its services and market dynamics
• Proven track record in building and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
