Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Partner: People and Culture professional who you will play a strategic role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to drive organizational success. You will work closely with leadership and employees to foster a high-performance culture, improve employee engagement, and provide expert guidance on HR-related matters. What you’ll do: Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all HR matters, including workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development. Partner with leadership to implement HR strategies that support business goals. Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, career development, and leadership coaching. Support recruitment efforts by collaborating with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent. Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Lead performance management processes, providing coaching and support for managers. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to build an inclusive workplace. Work on compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain key talent. Oversee change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational shifts. Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to make data-driven decisions. Your expertise: At least 1.5 years of experience in an HRBP or similar HR role. Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and best HR practices. Demonstrated experience in managing complex IR matters including retrenchment processes, experience at the CCMA etc. Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
