About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Call Centre Supervisor to manage our market research call centre in Randburg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our agents, ensuring they receive the necessary support and guidance to excel in their roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage agent rostering and rotation on a daily basis
- Enforce disciplinary procedures to maintain high levels of productivity and professionalism
- Provide coaching and feedback to agents to improve performance
- Maintain accurate records and reports on agent performance and client interactions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management
Requirements
- Grade 12 (minimum)
- Call centre experience essential
- Well versed in disciplinary procedures
- Ability to roster and rotate staff on a daily basis
- Attention to detail
- Ability to listen attentively
- Awareness of correct telephone etiquette
- Good organisational skills
- Good people skills to deal with clients at various levels
