About the Role

Were looking for confident, target-driven Team Leaders/Managers who know how to lead a team to target, build culture and accountability whilst creating a winning culture. Our company represents charities across both Australia and New Zealand, where you will be responsible for a team of 8-12 staff based throughout South Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 8-12 staff members
- Manage daily and weekly KPIs to achieve set targets
- Engage with everyday Australians to inspire them to commit to regular donations that change lives
- Teach the art of closing deals while being authentic and genuine
- Overcome objections and ask for money in a comfortable and confident manner
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years proven sales/Call Centre Leadership or management experience
- Speaking fluent and clear English
- Reliable work Internet, with backup
- Working computer or laptop with antivirus software
- Working and reliable electricity and backup when needed
- Ability to work Australian based hours AEST (9am – 5pm Australian Time)
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years proven sales/Call Centre Leadership or management experience
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required.
Salary & Benefits
The salary for this role will be determined based on individual performance. In addition to the salary, additional bonuses will be paid for team members exceeding target expectations.
