About the Role

The successful Catering Manager at Empact Group Southern Africa will be responsible for managing all food service-related activities, including daily operations of the kitchen area, implementation of the production process, and overall understanding of HACCP. This role requires a strong background in food and beverage services or culinary arts, with minimum 3 years of progressive/kitchen management experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing daily operations of the assigned unit

Requirements

  • High Volume, complex foodservice operations experience is highly desirable
  • Must have hospital experience
  • Strong knowledge of HSE is advantageous
  • Special diets knowledge is compulsory
