About the Role
The Commercial Plant Analyst will be responsible for managing raw material and finished goods stock control across multiple plants, ensuring accurate bill of materials (BOM) verifications and maintaining traceability documentation control.
Key Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for raw material and finished goods stock control across multiple plants
- Manage BOM verifications within the plant
- Maintain traceability documentation control, including waste control and incoming inspections
- Coordinate capital expenditure projects from motivation and ordering through to cost analysis and equipment delivery
- Manage and monitor budgets, including repairs and maintenance, wages, and capital expenditure
- Track and manage monthly plant expenses
- Monitor production gains, losses, and recoveries
- Track tonnage, unaccountable losses, stock bookings against production, and waste
- Conduct annual asset verification audits
- Perform interdepartmental stock audits and reporting
Requirements
- Finance degree or CIMA qualification
- At least 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment
- Supervisory experience advantageous
- Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation
- SAP experience advantageous
