About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing building and civil engineering contracts, with a strong focus on negotiation and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage building and civil engineering contracts from initiation to completion
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with contract law and industry standards (FIDIC/NEC advantageous)
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 58 years of experience in building & civil engineering contracts
- Strong knowledge of contract law
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
