Responsibilities:
Financial Management: Oversee the full financial accounting function, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Financial Analysis: Analyze and interpret financial data to provide actionable insights and recommendations. Budgeting & Forecasting: Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic planning and business objectives. Cost Control: Implement and monitor cost control measures to optimize profitability and operational efficiency. Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, maintaining robust internal controls. Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial trends. Strategy Development: Drive key financial strategies to enhance business performance and support long-term growth. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CA(SA), CPA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management, with a focus on the manufacturing industry. Proven experience in the cosmetics, skin care, perfume, personal care sectors is highly desirable.
