About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a Warehouse Project Specialist to oversee and manage warehouse projects within their beverage manufacturing facility in Gauteng. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, project management, and continuous improvement strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage warehouse projects from inception to completion
- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Identify areas for improvement in warehouse operations and develop strategies to address them
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives
- Utilize data analysis and reporting to monitor project progress and performance
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to implement best practices and standard operating procedures
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in the warehouse
- Provide training and support to warehouse staff on new processes and procedures
Requirements
- B Comm. or related B Degree (Business Management, Logistics or Transport)
- Minimum of 5 Years experience in the beverage manufacturing industry
- Experience in logistics and business software systems
- Project Management qualification or relevant experience
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and lean principles is a plus
