Employer Description This is a company that specializes in the supply of construction chemicals Job Description Your responsibilities will be the following: Create and execute effective sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share. Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management. Keep up to date and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and their applications to effectively communicate benefits to our team and our customers. Oversee the sales budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources. Work closely with the Sales, product development, and customer service teams to align strategies and improve overall performance. Qualifications Tertiary qualification in Chemistry or related field. Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. Skills Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with Construction Chemicals. Deep understanding of the construction chemicals market. A valid drivers licence. Own vehicle. Computer literate in MS Word and Excel Benefits Medical Insurance Group Life Benefits Provident Fund
