About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Engineer to join our Voice Support team in Johannesburg. As a Level 3 Voice Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving technical issues via phone, email, or in-person. You will work closely with other engineers to ensure that customers receive timely and effective support.
Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to all Vox policies, processes, and procedures created by Exco
- Identify, prioritize, and resolve incidents or requests for service from customers
- Monitor, track, and coordinate all Voice Support functions, including tickets, calls, complaints, and mail queries
- Contribute to problem resolution by providing hands-on support to managers
- Support other team engineers to ensure the best possible resolutions for customer problems
- Ensure effective management of incidents and service requests according to company policies and procedures
- Consistently meet internal KPI targets of 80% or exceed performance
Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Voice support experience essential
- Knowledge of VoIP systems
