Were Hiring: ERP & Billing Program Compliance and Data Administrator Location: Gauteng Division/Dept: Merchant Division Direct Report: Samantha Clark Key Internal Relationships: Sales, Contracts, Fulfilment, CRM, ERP, Finance, HR, IT Key External Relationships: CRM Program Manager, ERP Program Manager Main Purpose of the Job Support the ERP (MD365 BC), CRM (Salesforce) and Billing team by fulfilling various administrative tasks. 1. Data Accuracy Ensuring data integrity to enhance the billing experience for merchants and support the revenue assurance strategy. This includes (but is not limited to): New Business Change of Quantity Onboarding of VAS Offboarding of Merchants 2. SOX Evidence Administration As SOX Administrator for Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central: Produce, share for signoff, update data (if needed) Upload verified and signedoff reports/evidence to the SOX Evidence Audit platform Maintain SOX evidence for Access & Permissions and Change Management 3. Budgets and Supplier Payment Administration Support the ERP & Billing Program Manager and the CRM Program Manager with: Supplier payment processing Budget management License allocation control Key Areas of Responsibility Billing QC Review and correct billingimpacting data daily to ensure every bill to merchants is correct Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate Billing Runs Support Billing Product Owner with monthly billing reconciliations and reporting KPI Dashboard Monitoring Monitor and alert applicable parties on any changes in the KPI Dashboard Flag data inconsistencies (e.g., data syncing out of line) Billing Data Audit Conduct regular billing data audits to identify and resolve inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and duplicates Support billing data entry processes to ensure accuracy and completeness Collaborate with IT, data management, and other departments to improve billing data quality Troubleshoot billing data issues and coordinate corrective actions Generate and analyse reports relating to billing data integrity and quality metrics User Onboarding and Offboarding Ensure users are correctly and compliantly onboarded/offboarded for: Salesforce Business Central License Budget Management Manage and reconcile License Type and Count Budget vs Actual per user and cost for: Salesforce Business Central Supplier Payment Coordination Ensure timely supplier payments for: Salesforce Business Central SAP 1 Gearset Flowgear General Actual vs Budget Manage and control various budget line items for the broader team SOX Compliance Evidence For: Access Management (Salesforce & Business Central) Change Management (Salesforce & Business Central) Tasks include: Prepare all evidence for signoff Submit evidence for signoff Monitor the signing process Upload all SOX evidence to the preferred portal/tool Work with internal and external auditors during SOX audits Required: Experience & Education Minimum 24 months experience in data capture Minimum 12 months experience in data QC Minimum 3 years in reconciliations and data reporting Experience in SOX, FICA/RICA document compliance and POPIA Experience with invoicing and statements Knowledge, Skills & Character Knowledge: Excel as a recon tool Reporting on findings POPIA SOX FICA Skills: Analytical and logical thinking Attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software tools Character: Strive for perfection, neatness, and preciseness Extremely meticulous and thorough Selfmotivated and eager learner Ability to work independently and in a team Comfortable in a multicultural environment High attention to detail and excellence Challenges the status quo and finds improved methods Passionate about assisting and empowering others through training Our Values At Lesaka Merchant, we are guided by four core values: Entrepreneurial Spirit We innovate boldly and act with ownership.
