About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Export Commercial Coordinator to join our team in Johannesburg, supporting the growth of our trucking and commercial industry operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics management and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee export logistics from port to bonded warehouses
- Coordinate transporters
- Resolve delays and disruptions
- Reconcile and file PODs
- Ensure safety and policy compliance
- Report on logistics performance
- Provide accurate delivery feedback to export sales
- Manage incidents and fuel usage
- Maintain movement records
- Handle cross-border documentation
- Support ad-hoc tasks and projects
Requirements
- Experience within the trucking and commercial industry
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Logistics
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as an Export Commercial Coordinator
- Experience within the automotive industry or logistics companies
- Good understanding of incoterms and export requirements per country
- Must have export movement experience, SADC preferred, truck deliveries
- Clean criminal record
- Valid Code 10 driver’s license
- Grade 12/Matric
