We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join our luxury lodge team as an Assistant Lodge Manager in Gansbaai, Western Cape. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for driving the smooth daily operation of the lodge while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily lodge operations and guest services
  • Deliver and maintain luxury hospitality standards
  • Coordinate between front-of-house and operational departments

Requirements

  • Previous experience in luxury lodge or hotel management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and service skills

Qualifications

Salary & Benefits

  • R22 000 – R27 000 gross per month
  • Live-out position with staff accommodation available in town at R3500 per month
