A leading chemical company situated in Gauteng is urgently seeking the expertise of an experienced Factory Manager to join their team.

The successful incumbent for this position will be responsible for:

• Management and supervision of a busy specialty chemical factory.
• Ordering of raw materials.
• Arranging daily production schedules (production planning).
• Health & Safety.
• Labour Relations (staff management, discipline – warnings, hearings, etc assisted by HR).
• Compliance SABS, NRCS, ISO, etc.
• Product failure and customer complaints.

Key requirements:

• 4 years relevant experience
• Computer skills: MS Suite, SAGE ERP
• Bachelors/Diploma in Chemistry
