This is a results-driven position requiring exceptional multi-tasking abilities, quick thinking, and a proactive approach. Manage the F&I process for sales departments. Provide outstanding customer service with a positive and professional attitude. Ensure compliance with all regulations and maintain up-to-date CPD hours. Handle tasks independently, efficiently, and effectively in a high-pressure environment. Job
Requirements:
Matric Certificate A Valid Drivers License Fully qualified F&I Business Manager, with current CPD hours. Proven experience in a busy premium brand dealership, specifically in a franchised environment. Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to think on your feet. A stable work history with reliable and contactable references. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, with a positive, energetic demeanour. You will need the following documents and experience to apply.
