About the Role
The F&I Business Manager position is a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue for our dealership in Johannesburg. We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record to lead our finance and insurance (F&I) department.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle an average of 50 units per month
- Perform against targets
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, trade practices, dealership policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Proven track record in F&I sales or management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
Qualifications
- Matric Certificate (NQF 4)
- Retail or Short-Term Insurance Qualification with a minimum of 120 FAIS Credits
- RE Accreditation
- NCA Accreditation
- Current CPD hours up to date for all cycles
- COB completed and up-to-date
Salary & Benefits
Salary structure is negotiable. The package includes a basic salary, company vehicle incentives, and benefits.
