About the Role

As a Finance & Admin Manager in our Johannesburg Head Office, you will be at the heart of keeping our operations running smoothly. You’ll support senior management, coordinate board visits, and ensure the office runs like clockwork. With a lean staff component, every person counts, making this role critical to our success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full administrative and office management support to Head Office
  • Executive assistance to senior management and visiting Board members (travel, flights, meetings, and lunches)
  • Coordinate boardroom logistics
  • Greet clients and visitors
  • Manage ad hoc reception duties
  • Oversee cleaning staff, office facilities, and general workplace operations
  • Support the finance team with bookkeeping and finance administration
  • Assist with ad hoc finance and operational projects as required

Requirements

  • BCom Degree in Accounting / Finance (completed or in progress)
  • OR relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting / Business Administration with 5 years experience in office management / Executive Assistant roles
  • Exposure to finance and bookkeeping duties
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Professional communication skills and confident stakeholder interaction
