Hire Resolve’s Client, an esteemed Engineering firm based in Johannesburg, is urgently seeking a qualified Financial Accountant to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a reputable company in the engineering industry that specialize in water and sanitation, roads and transport structures.
The Financial Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, conducting financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to provide financial insights and support decision-making
- Training Programme Completed with Saica or SAIPA
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Post Article experience – Minimum 2 years
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Accountant
- Experience in the Civil engineering engineering industry is highly desirable
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office Suite
- E-filing Experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
