About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Financial Manager in an industrial production environment. With a strong personality, commercial awareness, and financial discipline, you will drive financial efficiency across production operations. In this demanding and fast-paced setting, you will be responsible for managing the full financial function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full financial function within an industrial / production environment
- Oversee stock control, costing, and inventory management processes
- Prepare financial reports, management accounts, and performance analysis
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational cost control
- Partner with production and operational teams to drive financial efficiency
- Ensure compliance with statutory and internal financial controls
Requirements
- Qualification: BCom & articles
- Experience: 3 years’ post-articles experience
- Strong exposure to industrial, manufacturing, or production environments
- Proven experience managing stock-intensive operations
- Confident, assertive, and able to operate effectively in a tough operational setting
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (BCom)
- Articles of the Law Society of South Africa
