About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Financial Manager to lead the daily financial operations of our business. Reporting directly to the CFO/FD and CEO, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding financial integrity, managing financial risks, and supporting strategic decisions that drive profitability and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end accounting for all group entities
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and management accounts
  • Work closely with internal and external auditors on audits and reporting
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and broker commission payments
  • Handle all SARS calculations and submissions (VAT, PAYE, Tax)
  • Oversee daily payment runs and ensure smooth cash flow
  • Prepare documentation for Board and committee meetings
  • Support the CFO/FD in all regulatory and statutory reporting

Requirements

  • Chartered Accountant CA(SA) qualification with a valid SAICA certificate
  • 3+ years post-qualification experience in a similar financial management role
  • Strong working knowledge of financial regulations and standards
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and financial software
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management capabilities
  • Close attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Capable of working well under pressure

Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant CA(SA) qualification with a valid SAICA certificate (Matric)
