About the Role

The Recruitment Pig is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join their client’s Fourways-based resort-style hotel, spa and high-capacity conference centre. As the leader of restaurant, bar and large-scale event catering operations, you will shape service standards across weddings, corporate conferences, and leisure dining, while driving revenue growth, cost control, and guest experience excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant, bar and banqueting operations
  • Manage conference and wedding catering for high-volume events
  • Drive food and beverage revenue while controlling food cost and margins
  • Lead, train and schedule F&B teams
  • Ensure hygiene, safety and brand compliance standards

Requirements

  • 57 years of Food and Beverage management experience
  • Proven experience in high-volume banqueting and conference catering
  • Strong financial management skills (budgets, GP%, cost control)
  • Experience leading large hospitality teams
