Our client is an established Fourways-based resort-style hotel, spa and high-capacity conference centre operating since 1952. The property serves corporate conferences, weddings, leisure guests and wellness visitors through an integrated accommodation, events and food & beverage model. Its competitive strength lies in offering conferencing, banqueting, restaurants, and spa facilities on one campus, creating consistent demand and cross-selling opportunities.
Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant, bar and banqueting operations

Manage conference and wedding catering for high-volume events

Drive food and beverage revenue while controlling food cost and margins

Lead, train and schedule F&B teams

Ensure hygiene, safety and brand compliance standards
Requirements

57 years Food and Beverage management experience
-
Proven experience in high-volume banqueting and conference catering
-
Strong financial management skills (budgets, GP%, cost control)

Experience leading large hospitality teams
Experience & Qualifications
-
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Management

Experience in hotel, resort or conference centre environment
-
Knowledge of POS systems and inventory control
-
Budgeting, forecasting and supplier negotiation experience

Strong understanding of health and safety compliance
