Johannesburg: Fulfilment Specialist – Manufacturing Industry – R350K – R250K posted by Hire Resolve

Hire Resolves client in the Manufacturing Industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Fulfilment Specialist to join their team in Gauteng.

Responsibilities:

• Create production orders
• Loading of jobs onto the production schedule
• Selecting drawings to send to production
• Processing of costing
• Understanding of production scheduling
• Able to read technical drawings
• Liaise with engineering regarding technical matters
• When an order is released, check stock and thereafter advise purchasing of any outstanding components
• Ensure timeous completion of production goods
• Assist team members/department with additional tasks when load balancing is required
• Attend daily meetings, departmental.
• Assist the technical operations team with product costs
• Work in a Team and as an internal supplier within the overall Supply Chain.
• Produce and manage Production list and backorder reports daily.
• Feedback to all relevant departments concerning orders, costing issues, and changes to the delivery of their goods or services.
• Any other tasks specified in pursuance of the Companys objective

Requirements:

• Matric
• 5 Years in a Planning Environment
• Experience in the metal fabrication environment or pipe fitting Industry will be an advantage
• Basic experience in quality requirements and specifications
• MS Office (Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Understand technical drawings
• Good communication skills
• Assertiveness
• Analytical skills
• Work well under pressure
• Multi-tasking skill
