Job Description

Hire Resolves client in the Manufacturing Industry is urgently seeking the expertise of a Fulfilment Specialist to join their team in Gauteng.

Responsibilities:

Create production orders
Loading of jobs onto the production schedule
Selecting drawings to send to production
Processing of costing
Understanding of production scheduling
Able to read technical drawings
Liaise with engineering regarding technical matters
When an order is released, check stock and thereafter advise purchasing of any outstanding components
Ensure timeous completion of production goods
Assist team members/department with additional tasks when load balancing is required
Attend daily meetings, departmental.
Assist the technical operations team with product costs
Work in a Team and as an internal supplier within the overall Supply Chain.
Produce and manage Production list and backorder reports daily.
Feedback to all relevant departments concerning orders, costing issues, and changes to the delivery of their goods or services.
Any other tasks specified in pursuance of the Companys objective

Requirements:

Matric
5 Years in a Planning Environment
Experience in the metal fabrication environment or pipe fitting Industry will be an advantage
Basic experience in quality requirements and specifications
MS Office (Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of ERP systems
Understand technical drawings
Good communication skills
Assertiveness
Analytical skills
Work well under pressure
Multi-tasking skill
