Job Description

Key performance areas for this position will include the following: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing, sales, and distribution strategies to achieve company goals. Lead and mentor the marketing, sales, and distribution teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation. Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Collaborate with other departments such as finance and operations to ensure alignment and integration of strategies. Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, sales efforts, and distribution channels, making data-driven decisions to optimize results. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, distributors, and partners. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage. Requirements: Bachelors degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field, MBA or equivalent is an advantage. Proven experience in marketing, sales, and distribution roles, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial or leadership position- within the cable manufacturing industry essential Understanding of marketing principles, sales techniques, and distribution channels in the cable industry will be advantageous. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower teams to achieve excellence. Exceptional analytical abilities, with a demonstrated track record of using data to drive strategic decision-making. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and achieving targets. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Salary – R80 – R90 kpm CTC
