Product Coordinate and compile tenders as delegated by management, project managing the process of information gathering, design, graphics, stakeholder engagement and final submission, in support of the Team Leader and Proposal Managers. Strengthen and build the banks profile in the proposal management community and ensure personal development through involvement and membership in the Association of Proposal Management Professionals (APMP), to enhance and improve the graphical representation in tenders on behalf of Transaction Banking Tender submissions. Design and deliver high quality template designs, illustrations and diagrams to Proposals and Presentations team and broader sales teams including the meticulous formatting of documents in MS Word and PowerPoint; applying strong conceptualising / brainstorming abilities, in order to deliver high quality and effective presentations and documentation. Optimise and enhance tender submissions and proposals by constantly reviewing written proposal content and suggest ways to make communications more visual and simplified, to bring the key messages and deliverables across. Technology and Architecture Drive the enhancement and utilisation of digital and online systems related to graphic design, layouts and trends, staying abreast with digital graphic enhancements and latest updates and versions, including but not limited to InDesign, Adobe, Microsoft, Publications, Illustrator etc Qualifications Digital Graphics qualification Other Preferred Qualifications, certifications or professional memberships Work towards achieving APMP Foundation certification (membership of APMP compulsory to get this accreditation). Experience Brand & Marketing (5-7 years) Technical Competencies: Digital Content The understanding of and ability to apply content marketing. Content is about curating information that leads to people taking action or thinking differently about something. Proficiency Level 3 SEASONED – Applies concepts without requiring supervision, able to provide technical guidance when required. Digital Media Applications The ability to convey ideas and information in forms such as presentation of audio, text, pictures, diagrams, photos and other electronic media.
