Responsibilities:

1. Operate and manage the grill station efficiently. 2. Prepare and cook grilled dishes according to menu specifications. 3. Monitor food items on the grill and adjust cooking times as needed. 4. Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. 5. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the grill area. 6. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. 7. Assist in stocking and maintaining inventory of grill station supplies. 8. Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new grilled menu items. Qualifications: 1. Proven experience as a Grill Cook or similar role in a restaurant or food service establishment. 2. Knowledge of various grilling techniques and cooking methods. 3. Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously. 5. Strong communication and teamwork skills. 6. High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school diploma is a plus. 7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
