The Opportunity: You will develop and implement a fit-for-purpose digital, data and technology strategy and operating model that enables sustainable business growth and long-term competitiveness. Key Focus Areas Include: Enterprise digital transformation Data optimisation and governance Technology architecture and integration AI, machine learning and predictive analytics enablement Cloud deployment and legacy modernisation Strategic technology service delivery and governance Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Transformation: Develop and oversee the digital, data and technology strategy aligned to business objectives Lead large-scale transformation and system modernisation initiatives Drive AI, machine learning, CRM and predictive analytics implementation Oversee re-platforming, refactoring and cloud migration initiatives Ensure architectural integrity and compliance across all platforms Measure ROI on digital initiatives and optimise investment impact Data & Innovation: Drive the realisation of enterprise data use cases Embed robust data privacy and security frameworks Identify emerging technologies that create strategic advantage Implement scalable cloud-based solutions Leadership & Culture: Lead and inspire a high-performing digital and technology function Foster an Agile, innovation-driven culture Champion experimentation, learning and continuous improvement Build strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation Financial & Governance: Manage the digital and technology portfolio budget Align investment decisions with the business strategy Implement financial risk management methodologies Ensure compliance with agreed architectural and governance frameworks Requirements: Postgraduate qualification in Business, IT, Digital Transformation, Computer Science or a related field 15 years managing complex technology solutions 15 years leading digital and technology teams 10 years within insurance or financial services Proven track record delivering enterprise-wide digital transformation Strong experience in data optimisation, Agile methodologies, system integration and large-scale migrations Experience implementing diverse digital operating models Experience in scaling technology within complex or start-up environments will be advantageous Key Competencies: Strategic and commercial acumen Executive-level decision-making capability Strong stakeholder and client engagement Change leadership and innovation mindset Drive for results and operational excellence This is a rare opportunity to shape the digital future of a leading financial services organisation.
