Requirements:
Deliver on the Clinical functions operating plan. Lead and implement tactical strategies across all hospitals. Implement, monitor, and control clinical processes in line with quality standards, policy, compliance, and governance requirements. Develop, align, map, and implement standard operating procedures and processes across all hospitals. Review and audit existing processes to streamline operations, drive efficiencies, and manage clinical risk. Provide guidance and support to Allied and Clinical professionals across all hospitals. Collaborate with clinical risk functions and forums to drive Clinical and Quality measures. Develop and review policies in collaboration with clinical leads, ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards. Lead the design and implementation of new Clinical products and services. Observe hospital sites for clinical safety and ensure adherence to quality standards. Escalate non-conformance issues and put in place mitigating processes for corrective actions where needed.
