Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the operations department, ensuring the efficient and effective running of all operational processes.
• Develop and implement strategies and policies to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with senior management to align operational goals and objectives with overall company strategy.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires in the operations department.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in a similar role, with a track record of success in optimizing operational processes and driving business growth.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
