About the Role
Dis-Chem Pharmacies is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Health Merchandiser to join our team in Lenz Quarter. As a Health Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store meets our basic merchandising standards and provides an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Restock merchandise as per business requirements.
- Ensure delivered stock/stock pulled from the store room is stored and packed in the correct space.
- Ensure full range of products is on the shelves at all times, facilitating rotation of stock on a regular First In First Out basis.
- Assist with general stocktaking.
- Ensure front shop shelves and products are neatly presented and visible at all times, with correct labels and pricing.
- Maintain daily physical upkeep of store and merchandise displays, and be responsible for your designated stock in the store room as well as on the shop floor.
- Assist with back shopping.
- Ensure all customer stock queries are dealt with and resolved.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric.
- Up to 6 months retail experience.
- Computer literate.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Willing and able to work retail hours.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree within the Health Focus category (advantageous).
- At least 1 year retail experience (advantageous).
