Johannesburg: Huawei Human Resource Visa Specialist.

Purpose of the position: As a global entity, Huaweis footprint has reached every point of the globe. Thus, expats that travel to and from various countries are very common and frequent. As an HR in a global entity, it is vital to be able to assist internal clients with their travel requirements, reducing the time spent by on visa applications and essentially adding value by providing an efficient service. Visa eflow management, able to know what the principle to approve visa and the visa policy requirement to meet the HQ request and obey the local compliance. Major Compulsory Responsibilities: Handling South African business visas, and work permit enquiries as well as 3rd country visa enquiries (visa applications from South Africa to other countries). Ensure all paperwork including applications for Immigration/embassies are correct. Ensuring visas are applied accurately and completed in a timely manner whilst tracking applications progress. Responsible for visa procedures with a focus on case and file management, time, client communication and record-keeping in compliance with professional standards. Traveling to embassies to submit applications on behalf of client based on request. Manage the Eflow system and ensure to meet the HQ requirement and local compliance. Expertise (Knowledge in the area of expertise): Computer literate. Preferrable language :English and chinese(Mandarin) Speaking candidate. Proficient with Microsoft Office; typically Excel and PowerPoint Proactive, following macro environment trends to predict risks and opportunities. Key skills (capability for ensuring work quality and professionalism): Proficient English written and oral communication skills. Team player with a sense of target, and sense of responsibility. Pay attention to detail. Willingness to learn and growing by reflection. Required Education / Qualifications: Diploma or above. With 1-2 years of working experience in similar field.
