Highly motivated General Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy, high-volume restaurant, clubhouse and 9-hole golf course. Essential requirements:- Matric Hospitality Management Qualification Minimum 4 years F&B management experience in 4* hotel or a golf club Operations Management of the golf course, clubhouse, restaurant, half way house, pro-shop and drinks carts for the course, as well as related facilities. Strong financial acumen to monitor revenue, expenditure, cash flow, and financial performance, as well as cash handling and banking. Inventory And Procurement by overseeing stock ordering, receiving, and inventory management as well as Minimise wastage and shrinkage through effective controls. Promote membership growth and retention, by Fostering a welcoming and inclusive club culture. Build relationships with tourism operators, local stakeholders, and sponsors. Staff Management and lead team by example, roster according to the business requirements and Effective control of timekeeping in terms of reporting for duty, breaks and end of shifts.
