Job Summary
Johannesburg – Gauteng – South Africa
- Manage the daily data integration for the consignment process into the ERP system.
- Investigate, escalate, and resolve queries that arise in the data integration process.
- Keep up to date with business changes and any developments required for the system.
- Manage customer, product, and delivery master data.
- Manage financial and warehouse reconciliations for consignment data.
- Support the MIS team in daily activities in supporting the business.
- Completion of any calls allocated from the Helpdesk.
- Support implementation of new business processes and changes.
- Manage consignment stock and warehouse transactions through the Helpdesk.
- Any other items that might be required.
- B.Com Information Systems Degree or similar Degree.
- Experience in a financial systems environment and in data integration.
- Previous financial and Debtors experience.
- Advanced knowledge in the use of financial software applications and spreadsheets.
- The individual should be available when required after hours.
- Experience in the Poultry Industry or FMCG.
- Must be able to work well with members outside of their own team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as problem solving and planning skills are required.
