About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Intermediate Developer to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing software applications using .Net MVC programming and LINQ to SQL with Microsoft SQL Server.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop software applications using .Net MVC programming
- Implement and maintain databases using LINQ to SQL with Microsoft SQL Server
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in .Net MVC programming
- 4-5 years of experience in LINQ to SQL with Microsoft SQL Server
- Solid experience with GIT, Jenkins, JIRA
- Strong understanding of n-tier architecture, service/object-oriented design, and implementation
- Experience with Automated Build Tools, ie. Octopus
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or related field
- 3/4-year IT qualification
