Intermediate Project Manager/Scrum Master – Rneg, (Sandton)

A motivated Intermediate Project Manager/Scrum Master is needed to manage Agile projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in both traditional project management and Agile methodologies, with a focus on Scrum practices. Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are essential.

Plan, execute, and oversee projects within scope and budget.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Agile principles.
Foster team collaboration and ensure efficient workflow.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
Manage project changes and ensure minimal disruption.
Maintain accurate project documentation.

Experience:
3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager/Scrum Master in the financial/payment industry.
Strong knowledge of Scrum/Agile principles and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, MS Project).
Scrum Master certification (CSM, PMM) preferred.
