About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Internal Sales and Project Coordinator to join our team as a vital admin-driven role focused on quoting, coordination, and customer service within a technical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage accurate sales quotations and tender submissions
- Coordinate projects from start to finish (admin, documentation, and tracking)
- Liaise with customers and internal departments throughout project lifecycles
- Handle scope changes, customer requirements, and expectations
- Maintain accurate document control and sales records
- Follow up on leads, manage client communication, and support external sales
- Ensure compliance with sales procedures, T&Cs, and project risks
Requirements
- 35 years experience in internal sales within a technical environment
- 35 years experience in project coordination
- Background in valves, automation, or control systems
- Strong experience with CRM systems and advanced Excel
