Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Controller to manage our stock processes and replenishment whilst ensuring accurate inventory across our business. The ideal candidate must have experience with inventory management systems, strong Excel skills, and a good understanding of tech products. Key Responsibilities: Create product descriptions and assign SKUs. Manage product listings on our e-commerce website. Calculate and place replenishment orders to maintain optimal stock levels. Generate inventory reports and analyse them. Serve as the key liaison between suppliers and stores to ensure smooth operations. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management. Experience using an inventory management system. Experience of having placed orders with suppliers Matric certificate with tertiary education. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. (intermediate) Knowledge of tech products is required. Behavioural Competencies: Strong attention to detail and highly organized. Deadline-driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Self-starter with the ability to work independently. Ability to work effectively under pressure.
