Job Summary
Inventory Control Manager
Were looking for an Inventory Control Manager to join our fast-paced, high-energy team in Germiston. If you’re a master of multitasking, a lover of checklists, and someone who thrives on structure and systems this ones for you!
Youll be the go-to person to keep our warehouse operations running like a well-oiled machine. From stock receiving to order fulfilment, your planning skills and eye for detail will make sure everything lands where it should, when it should. If chaos makes you cringe and spreadsheets make you smile keep reading.
Your Mission:
– Manage the flow of stock from arrival to dispatch like a total boss.
– Keep all our processes ticking with precision, timing, and a bit of flair.
– Double-check stock, inspect incoming shipments, and make sure every detail is perfect.
– Sort, prioritise, and oversee timely fulfilment of all customer orders.
– Coordinate internal stock movements and keep it all flowing smoothly.
– Work closely with our Customer Care Manager to stay ahead of customer queries and updates.
Skills You Bring to the Table:
– You dont just use Excel, you own it.
– Your paperwork is always on point.
– Communication is your superpower written or verbal.
– You care about the experience, and it shows.
– You think fast, act smart, and always find a way.
– Cool under pressure and skilled at diffusing the drama.
– Planning and prioritising? Nailed it.
Your Toolkit:
– Bachelors degree in a relevant field
– 3+ years of experience in a similar role
