About the Company Our client is a well-established organisation based in Bartletts, Boksburg, operating within a production and manufacturing environment. The team is expanding and requires reliable entry-level support within both the production and administrative areas. 2. Purpose of the Role The Junior Production Assistant will support both the planning office and the production floor with basic administrative duties, document handling, and day-to-day operational assistance. 3. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for: Printing product labels and production documentation Filing and general document organisation Acting as a runner between the planning office and the production floor Assisting floor supervisors with operational tasks as required Supporting administrative and production workflows 4. Minimum Requirements Matric / Grade 12 At least 2 years’ experience in an office or administrative environment Basic computer literacy (email, printing, simple data entry) Good communication and organisational skills Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Must be punctual and reliable, considering the transport limitations at the current site Preferably resides in or near Boksburg due to transport accessibility 5. Additional Information About the Work Environment The factory is not easily serviced by public transport; only some taxis from Boksburg come close to the premises. Candidates relying on taxi transport must ensure they can consistently arrive on time. On-site parking is limited. Staff members who drive may need to park outside the business park. This area is adjacent to the guardhouse and considered secure. Standard working hours and any overtime requirements can be discussed during the interview. 6.
