Job Description

An established Property Management organisation in Johannesburg has a vacancy for a Lease Capturing Clerk on a 3 month contract basis. The main job function is to process all lease applications and support administration functions. Process and capture leases (manual and electronic). To verify the affordability checks and credit vetting by reviewing all documentation. To identify opportuniteis to improve lease capturing and administration. To resolve lease administration queries. Comply with lease administration standards by completing documentation fully. To process work order instructions for Tenants entry and exit to buildings by updating system with required information. Process refunds and cancellations. Process tenant transfers. Process tenant renewals. Billing. General administration and support. Matric. NQF Level 4 Administation qualification would be an advantage. Previous experience in a lease administration capacity. MS Office essential. Well spoken with excellent command of the English language. Accurate.
