Job Description
Ensure agreed stock levels are maintained at customer and depot locations.
Manage deliveries to customers and filling plants in line with customer agreements.
Track and report daily volumes uplifted from refineries/terminals via the Refinery KPI report.
Gather and analyse planned vs. actual trip data daily, highlighting variances and opportunities for improvement.
Consolidate and analyse transporter Order to Cash (OTC) reports twice weekly.
Draft and present weekly performance and project progress reports to the Bulk Transport Manager.
Investigate delivery challenges such as delays, vehicle breakdowns, and quantity discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Matric / Grade 12.
Relevant Tertiary qualification.
Mix Telematics/ICam experience.
IsoMetrix experience an advantage.
BC Experience an advantage.
Computer Literate.
Supervisory / Management minimum three years experience
Minimum 5 years experience in routing and scheduling.
This position requires you to work remotely on weekends on a rotation basis and after hours during the week when required.
