Role Overview The Manager: IT Operations & Special Projects will lead the company”s tech environment across international teams, coordinating outsourced IT services while spearheading strategic projects that improve digital infrastructure and investor experience. Key Responsibilities IT Special Projects Support and lead initiatives across capital raising, investment, and central operations Drive development of internal systems such as a SQL-based database and investor portal Collaborate with teams across South Africa, UK, and USA to refine processes and enhance tech-driven efficiency IT Operations Oversight Manage third-party service providers ensuring smooth desktop support and infrastructure performance Monitor IT procurement, licensing, and expenditure Oversee disaster recovery and business continuity processes Identify and mitigate IT risks including cyber threats Knowledge and Skills Bachelor”s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 5 years experience in IT operations or project management within financial services Experience with alternative investments or asset management (preferred) Strong analytical and communication skills Self-driven with a strategic mindset and entrepreneurial approach Proven ability to manage complex projects across geographies Naturally proactive with strong ownership and autonomy Thrives in fast-paced, results-oriented environments Whats on Offer Join a respected global firm with top-tier professionals Full autonomy to innovate and lead key transformation projects Shape the digital evolution of alternative asset management Be part of one of the fastest growing investment classes globally Remuneration: R85 000 R110 000 ballpark cost to company pm negotiable and will depend on numerous factors such as current earnings, experience , role alignment etc. All eligible candidates are encouraged to send their updated CVs and current and or previous remuneration details to
