About the Role
We are seeking a confident, analytical Retail Parts Management Analyst to strengthen dealer support and enhance overall customer experience within a dynamic, global environment. This role is designed to optimise retail parts inventory across a defined Area of Responsibility, ensuring the right parts are available at the right location at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with dealers and aftermarket teams to drive business goals and improve parts ordering practices
- Analyse and optimise inventory performance metrics within your assigned region
- Maintain and adjust system parameters within the ordering platform
- Deliver structured business meetings and presentations to dealer stakeholders
- Provide data-driven insights to improve availability, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to support ongoing process enhancements
Requirements
- Strong communicator (written and verbal) with excellent presentation skills
- Highly analytical, with solid data management and reporting capability
- Confident, professional, and able to influence without authority
- Able to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders

Qualifications
