About the Role

Profile Personnel is seeking a highly skilled National Recruitment & Training Manager to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruitment and training, with a strong understanding of Labour Law and relevant legislation such as the Labour Relations Act, Employment Equity Act, and Skills Development Act. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring that the overall national recruitment needs and training objectives for our group of companies are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and ensure that the overall national recruitment needs and training objectives for the group of companies are met.
  • Provide support in terms of recruitment of human resources to meet the requirements of the various areas of operation.
  • Anticipate manpower needs and ensure availability of high calibre manpower by advertising vacancies and sourcing CVs through various platforms, assessing the CVs, etc.
  • Manage progress of recruitment against EE targets.
  • Facilitate implementation of training and development programmes by conducting skills audits, identifying training courses, etc.
  • Implement training initiatives in line with SDL statutory requirements and other, including assisting with the implementation of learnerships and bursaries to meet our social and community development initiatives.
  • Promote a good company image to expand the business in the region in terms of Company strategy.

Requirements

  • Industrial Psychology qualification or LLB with focus on Labour Law.
  • At least 5 years with relevant experience in recruitment and training.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Labour Relations Act, Employment Equity Act, and Skills Development Act.
  • Recruitment and selection of staff experience.
  • Computer and good administration skills required.
  • Valid drivers licence as travelling to the various areas of operations will be required.
