Job Description
This role is perfect for someone looking to grow within a structured finance team and gain exposure to full-cycle accounting up to Balance Sheet.
? Key Responsibilities:
– Maintain and reconcile the general ledger up to Balance Sheet level
– Process supplier and customer invoices, payments, and receipts accurately
– Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
– Assist with VAT, PAYE, and statutory submissions
? Skills & Requirements:
– Matric / Bookkeeping / Accounting qualification
– 3–5 years’ experience in bookkeeping up to Balance Sheet
– Proficiency in Pastel, Sage, Xero, or similar accounting software
– Strong attention to detail with excellent reconciliation and reporting skills
