? Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
• Drive financial strategy, ensuring long-term sustainability and profitability.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, tax requirements, and accounting standards.
• Manage financial controls, governance, and risk frameworks.
• Partner with operational leaders to improve performance and financial outcomes.
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.

? Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• CA(SA) qualification – essential
• Minimum 10 years’ post-articles experience in a similar CFO or senior finance leadership role
• Experience in the healthcare or related industry (highly advantageous)
• Strong knowledge of financial legislation, governance, and best practices
• Strategic mindset with the ability to influence at executive level
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
