About the Role
As a Digital Web Content & Experience Coordinator at Communicate Finance, you will play a vital role in shaping the online presence of our company. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing website updates, managing digital content, and ensuring seamless user experiences across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily website updates to ensure content accuracy, layout consistency, and smooth navigation
- Conduct proactive checks to identify issues such as broken links, loading delays, and mobile layout inconsistencies
- Ensure all published material reflects brand standards and messaging guidelines
- Upload and update page content, including text, images, promos, and campaign material
- Build and refine web pages using CMS tools to support marketing initiatives and seasonal campaigns
- Assist in shaping clear and intuitive user journeys by improving page structure, internal linking, and navigational clarity
- Support efforts to enhance usability across desktop and mobile views
- Participate in user experience reviews and propose improvements where needed
- Contribute to organic search improvements by updating metadata, improving page structure, and ensuring SEO-friendly formatting
- Identify and escalate functional or technical issues to the relevant digital or IT teams
- Assist in testing and validating new features, components, and system updates
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in website content management, digital publishing, web administration, or similar roles
- Experience managing updates on large or multi-page websites
- Familiarity with digital marketing environments and cross-team collaboration
Qualifications
- Practical experience working with a CMS and managing web content workflows
- Basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Competency with general software tools and digital production workflows
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals and analytics interpretation
